These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Comlite mobile application ("App") provided by Quanzhou Ribiao Technology Co., Ltd. ("泉州日标科技有限公司", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
This App uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The service
Comlite provides software to discover, pair with, and control compatible LED strip and related lighting devices. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms. You may not reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, interfere with other users or networks, or use the App in a way that could harm people or property.
3. Hardware and third-party services
Operation may depend on Bluetooth, permissions, firmware, and third-party services outside our control. Use lighting products safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page.
8. Governing law
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher's jurisdiction.
